These are for the little folk in your home that are always without a doubt HUNGRY! Here is the recipe. Enjoy! Ingredients 120g milk 45g light olive oil 2 eggs 2 ripe bananas 4 tablespoons of honey 170g wholewheat flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 65g oats 1/2 tsp bicarb soda 1 tsp cinnamon 50g of sunflower seeds A dash of vanilla Mix the wet ingredients together in a mixer for about 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients and mix for another 2 minutes. Heat oven at 180 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. I make them mini so that they freeze easily for snacks. Add some choc chips if you want a naughty version instead of the sunflower seeds. I'd love to know if you try and what you think!
