ASF v Old drawers

DIY

A lovely friend was throwing out an old set of drawers and naturally contacted me to see if I would like them. I hesitated at first as I didn't have the time and well is honestly can't fit anymore in my house! They were in great condition but just needed a bit of love. So I took ownership of them today. I gave them a light sand and a thorough clean and then began to restore them to suit my taste. Out came some brass pineapple knobs that I bought in Bali on my last trip there and the left over Porters Paint, hey presto new drawers to match my wall! What to paint next! I'd love to hear what you think so please say hi and let me know.     [caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="466"]beforeshotpineappledrawers.jpg Drawers BEFORE and were FREE[/caption] [caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="480"]vanhelsingdrawers.jpg Van Helsing Porter Paints[/caption] [caption id="attachment_299" align="aligncenter" width="480"]PineappledrawersASF.jpg Screwing the pineapple knobs into place[/caption]     [caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="360"]Pineappledrawers.jpg Drawers in the ASF bedroom[/caption] [caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="480"]PineappleDrawers2.jpg Pineapple Drawers[/caption]
